This master baker took part in the TV show La meilleure boulangerie de France in 2016. A recognized baker and purveyor of flavors since 1990, Dominique potier produces excellent breads and has made a name for himself with his organic range. Passionate about his work, he offers a wide variety of breads made with red label flour from controlled, sustainable agriculture. We love the delicious "rustic" pastries: kouglof, plum pâté, pistachio-figues tart, gingerbread, cannelés, fion. For meals, there's a great range of snacks: pizzas, quiches, burgers...
