The bakery run by Françoise and Patrice, master artisan bakers, enjoys a fine reputation and has won several awards: gold medal for their Label Rouge Vendéenne brioche in 2018,3rd for their gâche (IGP) in 2023. Range of organic and special breads, Tradition or Pétrisane baguettes (seeded or organic), 7/7 baguette dispenser. A guarantee of quality: everything is homemade, on site! Snacks: sandwiches, bagels, quiches, pizzas, salads or the Friday burger. On the sweet side, brioche, gâteau minute and Délice des Chouans are specialties.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Je suis arrivée pendant qu’ils faisaient les sandwiches mais les végés n’étaient pas encore prêt, la boulangère a demandé de m’en faire un exprès. Les sandwiches et le pain au chocolat étaient très bon !! Merci ☺️

Boulangerie à l'image du nom du boulevard dans laquelle elle se trouve, déçu de la viennoise aux pépites de chocolat, pourtant c'est pas grand chose, si vous voulez faire du surgelés au moins faites le bien surtout sur des produits simples comme ça. Quand même 3 étoiles pour le côté snacking plutôt bien garnis
