It is in Chantonnay, that the story began in 1956, with Patrick Gelencser's grandfather. Among the flagship chocolates: flavoured or pure ganaches, orange aiguillettes, florentines, mendiants, the Vendée heart, dried fruit tablets, spreadable paste?
