The leading martial arts club in the Sarthe since 1985, the complex boasts 1,800^m2 of floor space, seven fully-equipped rooms: four with tatami mats, 1 with parquet flooring, a boxing room with Olympic ring, and another for weight training. You'll find a range of disciplines for children and adults, including combat sports: karate, English boxing, kick boxing, self-defence, muay-thaï (Thai boxing), full contact. Martial arts: kendo, iaido, karate, krav-maga, urban self-defense, karate for seniors over 60, health karate. Physical preparation: bodybuilding, turbo kick power, budo boxing, budo cross training. And wellness sports: Pilates, yoga, meditation, Yin-Yoga.
