Restaurant combining fast food and gastronomy with its specialties like burgers and desserts
At last, a restaurant that combines fast food and fine dining. Antoine Allan, former owner of Le Chalet, has opened a trendy burger joint on Rue des Ponts-Neufs. With its black façade, it's easy to walk past without noticing, but as soon as you open the door, you're in a very cosy restaurant with a lounge area, wooden tables and benches, iron chairs and superheroes on the walls. What a concept! The burgers on offer are delicious: chicken fillet, butcher-style hamburger steak or shrimps with onion compote and mesclun sauce. The fries are served in a small basket, and the desserts, all revisited (like the crumble-style lemon tart), are served in jars. We just love it!
