Restaurant serving organic food suitable for vegetarians
Set against the medieval backdrop of the old town of Le Mans, you'll enjoy tasty, meticulously prepared dishes, using mostly organic, integrated or sustainable produce. Chef Damien, an artisan chef, favors local producers. The menu caters for all palates, with a choice of two starters: langoustine fricassee or foie gras escalope, and two main courses: rack of pork au sautoir or spice-roasted sea bass fillet. Desserts include the inevitable chocolate moelleux, a fruity mille-feuille, or pan-fried caramelized pineapple slices. Vegetarians will also be delighted!

Déplorable. La responsable pas du tout aimable. Je plains leurs employés. Nous participions également au problèmes/prise de tête du couple malgré que cela ne nous regardent aucunement. Je déconseille ce restaurant.

Table réservée pour six personnes. Nous avons choisi le menu : entrée, plat, dessert. Des plats d'excellentes qualités, une cuisine traditionnelle revisitée, des goûts, des saveurs, une présentation digne d'un très grand restaurant. Je recommande ce restaurant, pensez à réserver car il y a peu de places.
