At the end of Rue Nationale, you'll find this new 100% organic and eco-responsible restaurant with an original concept. The chef and his team cook in the morning and put the dishes in jars, so that they can see their customers as they serve. The room is beautiful, and so are the jars, a pretty mille-feuilles of flavors. The dishes change daily and are inspired by the chef's travels, with some days featuring exotic flavors. You can eat in or take away. Companies can have biodegradable meal trays delivered. Drinks include good fruit juices, natural wines and local Mage Malt beers. Warm aperitif evenings on weekends.
