A unique place. You'll find this unlikely Atelier de l'Hippocampe in the cobbled medieval streets of the Plantagenet City. But it's not seahorses we're talking about, but birds, poetic and delicate lizards. Birds of all species perched on their metal stems. Ceramic artist Jean-Francois Doré's theme is infinite. His enchanting aviary, now on show for sale, features birds that inspire great tenderness. There are blue tits, goldfinches, owls, green woodpeckers, orioles, kingfishers and even exotic toucans who invite themselves to Le Mans. You can order your favorite bird in ceramic.
