Want to practice a little sport in peace? To control your weight loss and feel accompanied? Curves is aimed at women who need a program adapted to their bodies, their lifestyle and their use of time. There are 30-minute sessions including muscular training and cardio-vascular exercises with machines and a coach. Here you will find somples exercises in a friendly atmosphere and a form with precise measurements is updated every month to show progress. Take € 50 for one month to get in shape (full fare) or 39 €/month for a 12 month subscription. Do not hesitate to visit the club, we will be happy to offer you a test session.
