CHEVRERIE LA MERCERIE

Cathy and Olivier left the Parisian region to take over the Merceria goat. In the heart of the Normandie Regional Natural Park, in Saint-Cyr-en-Pail, they raise about fifty alpine goats and produce in a handcrafted fashion tomb and fresh or beautifully crafted cheeses that they sell on local markets. Visitors are welcome, especially at the time of trafficking (around 5:00 p. m. March to November).
