One can only rejoice at seeing a cheese reputed to open a new sign! Franck Renault, Ernéen, who has been successfully running markets for years, including the Incontournable market, is facing the challenge. At the end of 2011 he installed his collaborator Guillaume Haby in a new shop, located in the Rue des Déportés. Here, no industrial products, only cheeses from small farmers or artisanal dairies. At Stall, close to 150 references, depending on the seasons. A beautiful selection of the best cheeses in our regions. One example: le fermier organic fermier, known as Petit Marie, EARL L'Arc-en-Ciel, in Bazougers.

Un bon fromager c'est vrai par contre même s'ils n'aiment pas les fromages industriel, je ne trouve pas normal de nous prendre de haut si on en parle (par exemple dans mon cas le saint agur) , si elle ne connait pas du tout ne serait ce que de nom, c'est selon moi un manquement "grave" afin de nous conseiller des fromages de meilleurs qualité mais du même type.
