A fine arts museum in Laval, built by architect Léopold Ridel, with fascinating exhibits.

The creation of the imposing Science Museum dates back to 1889, when Laval decides to have its own Art museum. This was a wish from a famous Laval, a painter whom was loved by Louis-Philippe and Napoleon III, Charles Landelle (1821-1908). Built by architect Léopold Ridel and inaugurated in 1899, the Fine Arts Museum will lead an artistic life until Liberation. In 1974, under the leadership of Louis Vallée and Jane Guyon, he became the Science of Science. In 1997, he took a new scale through his transformation into the Laval Centre for Scientific, Technical and Industrial Culture (CCSTI). And exhibitions to succeed, who passion small and big…

Ce musée est très sympathique pour tous les âges avec un super parc à proximité. Chaque thème est ludique. L'accueil est chaleureux et les guides répondent à toutes vos questions au long de la visite avec le sourire.

Parisiens qui ne pouvez aborder les expositions parisiennes car votre enfant doit attendre 1/4 h avant chaque animation, profitez de ce petit bijou.
Nous avons eu le plaisir d'y découvrir pleinement une exposition interactive, avec le temps de déguster.

Petit musée lavallois situé sur les hauteurs de la ville à proximité même du cœur de ville. Les expositions se suivent et ne se ressemblent pas. Mises en avant avec goût, c'est un petit musée très agréable !
