It is the only creperie in the city centre where you can stand up and wait to take your order to go: delicious pancakes and pancakes made and filled by a very friendly boss who is a fan of work well done before the eyes of her customers. You can also take away formulas (around 6 €), pancakes and cakes to warm up at home, french fries and several regional products (cider, of course, but also honey, jams...). La galette du couesnon offers its food truck for all private events. The last good point about this small establishment located in front of the prefecture is that it is quite easy to find a place to park your car.

Galette et crêpe
Cela fait plus de 10 ans que je viens acheté des galettes et autres produits dans cet établissement, je connaissais pas le nouveau gérant mais l'accueil est toujours aussi sympa, la qualité de c'est produits sont là. Sur ma demande il m'a mit sous vide des galettes et crêpes pour que celle-ci supporte le voyage et garde leurs fraîcheurs. Perso je recommande
