Housed in authentic houses of eighteenth century weavers, this museum traces the life and profession of these artisans who worked for hemp. At the key, furniture, various instruments and objects used for weaving, reconstructing a workshop and the room to live upstairs. Three audiovisual assemblies are devoted to the history of this craft which lasted in Ambrières until the beginning of the twentieth century.
