Since 1927, the Cady has expanded their exploitation over four generations. It extends to this day 22 hectares of coats of slopes dominating the Layon, on a shale area and quartz. The famous coteaux of coteaux, of which the most medalest of all, the «Volupté», respect the authenticity of this wine, whose grape vine expresses itself best.
