With a long history in the Basque country, it has been a success for 6 years, thanks to the tenacity of 2 friends, Pascal and Grégoire, the founders of this artisanal nugget located in Bidart. Topa cider, which can be found on fine tables, in wine shops and delicatessens, is made from over 12 varieties of apples grown in the orchards of the Basque country.
