SAVEURS DE LA MADELEINE
This business in the Madeleine district of Paris is in a league of its own when it comes to the number of specialities on offer! The dishes and recipes are, of course, 100% homemade, from the laboratory of Bertrand Subileau, equally at home making vol-au-vent, cod accras, cheese rolls or chorizo soufflés... The dishes are renewed from one day to the next, and always feature a wide variety of accompaniments. For those with a small appetite, or for starters, there's also a great selection of flavors, such as old-fashioned beet salad or quinoa tabbouleh... Last but not least, two things never change: the smiling service and the ever-reasonable prices.
