The little sister of Une Fille et des Quilles and Le Cercle Rouge, managed by Étienne Girardeau, Le Cercle des Quilles is a wine shop with a terrace for fine weather. A kingdom of natural, biodynamic and organic wines (a third of which are from the Loire region!), the boutique also offers a fine selection of spirits and beers. Nearly 700 references, among which small UFOs swim alongside the big names. Finally, almost every Thursday, a themed tasting workshop is held in this bright, spacious space.
