Gold medalist for his superior cooked ham, his rillauds... Our man, listed among the 100 best artisan-restaurateurs in France in 2013 by the gourmet directory, and his son, too, shine as butchers and chefs. Beef cheek terrine with a touch of asparagus, chicken in a pot, Provençal hake fillet, veal blanquette, but also stuffed tomato, pizza, puff pastry, tripe.... There is also wine, delicious long-life cooked dishes in jars and some desserts. A meal tray formula also exists, at a very reasonable price (starter, main course, cheese and dessert), to be picked up directly in store and ordered 48 hours in advance.

Originality
While having made almost the porkbutchers, definitely this good professional is one of the better. The quality of its pastries (laminated, pies, brioche, etc...)competitors only weddings have that they contain. And what about the ham the bone, cod brandade, terrine pike-perch, smoked sausages, in short, a huge inventory of tradition and top quality all the products. It is quite expensive, but so better than elsewhere. One does not help yourself all that su and our friends cross now the city to level their guests. Bravo with this delicious craftsman!
I come purposely from Saumur for this shop that is small jewellery of gastronomy. I find real meats, exquisite cooked and a chef who come to see us in store. For me it is best region.
