What could be more symbolic in the life of a charcutier than taking over the business of his master trainer? After more than 20 years with Maison Jouis, first as an apprentice then as a worker, Vincent Maloyer has decided to take over the business and... make a (fine) bite out of it! Quite a challenge, given the reputation of the company, which was founded in 1954! But the new owner is determined to perpetuate its excellence. The proof is in the medals won by the team for their rillauds, rillettes and even foie gras! The house, which also serves as a caterer, offers meal trays, with the possibility of delivery, buffets and even aperitif platters!

Buffet pour environ 25 personnes,en plein air
Tout a été livré vers 12h,en caisson frais,avant l'arrivée des invités.Jolie présentation : plateaux,saladiers ,condiments variés,mini couverts pour verrines,ardoises pour les compositions des salades....
Amuses bouches et verrines ,salades originales mêlant légumes de saison ,agrumes: je recommande les salades Joséphine,Opéra,le taboulé aux agrumes...et pour changer des chips accompagnant la viande,la salade quinoa/légumes grillées était parfaite .
Un régal : saumon froid avec son petit oeuf mimosa.
Le tout était copieux, agréablement présenté, livré à domicile
Les modifications (nombre de convives,composition des salades...) ont été possibles jusqu'à 48 h avant la date de l'événement .
Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
