Located at a lively crossroads, this bakery never always. It offers fine sweets. And a star that does not démérite: the Viking bread, ideal with its mixture of rye, barley and cereal grains. The gourmands are tempted by the Delights of the:: a bread filled with walnut, apricot, figs and grapes. Small pleasures with Diamond biscuits, macaroons, caramels in salted butter with hazelnuts or spéculos cookies. Pastries, all of them (at the time of doubt, as much as you can specify) have their amateurs because, whether it be in pastries, desserts, pies or sweetened pies, freshness and lightness are put.
