Once located near the Place Imbach, Les Pâtisseurs now delights the station area. After training as a baker, Jérémy, the pastry chef and co-founder of Les Pâtisseurs, decided to try his hand at a new venture. In the window: sourdough breads, viennoiseries, sandwiches, savoury tarts and fougasses now sit alongside the famous pastries that have never ceased to be talked about. Vanilla-pecan cabbage, Paris-Brest, flan, entremets: what a pleasure to see you again! Here, even the chocolate is made on site!
