Bécam? A veritable Anjou institution, Bécam now boasts some fifteen sales outlets in Maine-et-Loire. The Choc'o Roi, a shortbread with chocolate custard, is still one of the flagship products, but the caramel-pecan tart, the red fruit charlotte and the macaroons are just as recommendable! On the bakery side, the site offers some fifteen different breads, from flute to pavé, including fig-hazelnut campaign or muesli bread. Première visite; quiche aux poireaux: apres rechauffage: informe, molle,sans goût,poireaux pas cuits; et le sablé (chausson )aux pommes: texture plastique, goût pâte à pain,compote de pommes:aucun goût....pour une maison qui a pignon sur rue, une vraie catastrophe culinaire. (Espace anjou)

Je vais souvent à celui du boulevard foch car c'est sur mon chemin pour allée au travail. Je suis globalement satisfaite des produits, sauf des burger qui sont vide avec deux mini morceaux de poulet pour 5e c'est bof.
Je ne sais pas quelle ambiance il règne dans cette boulangerie, mais je nia rarement vu une équipe aussi peu aimable constamment.
