Founded in 1906, this family-run business concocts some of the best pastries in the area. It's hard not to drool over the Chenonceau (soft macaroon, raspberries, vanilla cream lightly flavored with pistachio), the Triomphe (caramel-chocolate cream, Dacquois almond cookie and flaky praline base) or the Chambord (blackcurrant cookie, Bourbon vanilla cream and blackcurrant whipped cream). We also offer excellent chocolates, ice creams, sorbets, macaroons and fruit jellies.
