Founded in 1906, this family-run business concocts some of the best pastries in the area. It's hard not to drool over the delicious "Sully" (made with vanilla and raspberries), the "Palma" (a skilful marriage of passion fruit, lime and meringue) or the "Truffé" (all the flavours of chocolate combined with an old Martinique agricultural rum). The place is also renowned for its chocolates, ice creams, sorbets, macaroons and fruit jellies.
