Splendid boutique offering the full range of La Sablésienne brand products: shortbread, cat's tongues, chocolates...
A fine address, this little franchise was born in the early 60's in the Sarthe region, and its salted butter shortbread is still the unmissable specialty. Bye bye rue Saint-Aubin: at the end of 2024, the Anjou boutique moved to rue Plantagenêt. Behind the counter, almost forgotten by the previous owner, splendid mosaics by Odorico! One foot in art history, and the other in gourmet delights, with pretty boxes and bags of melt-in-the-mouth or crunchy cookies, as well as cat's tongues, macaroons, chocolates...
