Since 1670, the Marquise de Sablé's cakes have come a long way: they were all the rage at the king's court! La Sablésienne pays homage to her through its 1670 collection and, perhaps, the pretty classic decoration of its little store. La Sablésienne has come a long way since 1962, having opened several stores in the region. In addition to the salted butter caramel or raspberry shortbread, you will find here cat's tongues, gianduja chocolate pebbles, orange and chocolate fondants, almond soufflés but also organic and vegan cookies, chocolates and other delicacies like these delicious organic fruit jams or these tender marshmallows.
