This baker-pastry chef-chocolate maker-glacier-snack bar (we'll stop here!) on the Place de la Madeleine offers about twenty varieties of baguettes and special breads, the great classics in pastry, but also some specialties such as the tourte angevine, a brioche-crumble with apples baked in the Tatin style and morello cherry compote, or the Muscadines, delicious chocolates made with praline mousse flavored with Cointreau. Good quiches, salads or sandwiches also at lunchtime. Not forgetting the themed cakes or naked cake, a real success!
