In his mini-boutique on rue Baudrière, David Pasquier (the only certified organic coffee roaster in Angers) has created what he calls "a taste bazaar". The idea? To turn his store into a hybrid place where you can buy exceptional ("specialty") coffees or enjoy them on the spot (chocolate and tea lovers are also welcome), while discovering the rest of the shop's offer: coffee-making utensils, vintage chocolates, books or small cookery booklets, and even a few delicatessen products!
