Bar unmissable of Angers for beer lovers… the choice, good humour and always many people!
An original decor that you must old to the owners, a beer has the height and a colourful crowd who flock on sporting events around the large-screen, ask for also has a pub.
Hello to all, it is James Joyce pub opposite Centre des Congrès, the Jardin Des Plantes. A beautiful place, festive atmosphere, it is under control, managed. Unlimited choice of super beers. You pass incredibly evening. However difficulty has. From Angers ones being naturally a poilichon stuffed (it is the air here which is exhilarating), there is a detail which has survived. Relax in the sun on the wooden terrace, agreement. But the spitz I explain. It is a pub. In Angers, but the idea is the same as in Brittany or in Bristol. At the pub you arrive, and hop! direct at the bar. You order and pay, then you sit wherever you want/where you can. Then rebelote. If you continue to put you expect and order, to make as if you were at the café, you will not leave you. Friends I know, the air is hot, lively, involving, and it is not easy easy to keep the cape. But it is playable.
Beware, maximum concentration, and general rehearsal.
1/ you arrive to James Joyce, one has yourself at the bar
2/ you can order and pays, takes its drink beer or wine and there, it is precise at this time that you will be placed (or not)
3/ then you starts again (or not). Ad libitum (or not)
It is the waltz: 1,2,3... 1,2,3... Go hello, next, the pub James Joyce, Quartier des Plantes. And direct at the bar siouplait.
The Irish pub par excellence. An atmosphere always go and well-preserved by an always pleasant team. The decoration, the size of the place and the various events that are offered are in the fame of this bar Angers. Its location, at the crossroads of two of the grand boulevard. A totally friendly place, even while landing in large number, you are sure to have fun.
loves Guinness! This landmark is ideal for a pint of dark and famous beverage.
This Irish pub is particularly warm when the Irish national team pack fifteen pink. The giant screen allows you to enjoy all the major sporting events.
Easily accessible, the crowd is permanent and pluriculturelle there
I wanted a place a little different from all that I usually attend to leave. On entering, you feel completely change atmosphere compared to the street. The bar is huge and gives a warm atmosphere as the tradition of the Irish pubs. The waitresses are very nice and attractive and all and all. The empty drinks are directly removed from your table by staff, this is not everywhere in rush hour. I have really one very good impression of this bar. One is well served, the atmosphere perfectly with the setting that it supposed is restored. The pint is interesting with happy hour but otherwise. I strongly advise you
Very spirit Irish pub 3 years ago, James Joyce with lost much cheery on the level of service and authenticity of the spirit... but few tourists will appreciate its character.
atmosphere and decor are the rendezvous! a really nice place!
You can not go to Ireland! no money at the current crisis?

Never mind! Embark on a complete change of scenery!

Ireland comes in this place to the colours if " eire". Enjoy amber, brown or single malt as if you were.

That delight!

Recommended for anyone living or traveller! you will not be disappointed!
