The James Joyces is one of the most important bars in Angers, and has been in existence for more than 20 years. It is the perfect place to go out in the heart of the city. At the JJ, there are two rooms, two atmospheres: on the first floor, beer is recommended, in draught or in bottle, at the bar, or directly via the taps at disposal. Upstairs, the atmosphere is more muffled and intimate, and you can find a large selection of alcohols and spirits, overhung by a splendid metal skeleton of what seems to be a whale. To nibble: boards and burgers!

Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement, le videur est désagréable, malpoli et violent. Il n'y a pas besoin de faire quoique ce soit pour qu'il le soit.
Il y a bien d'autres endroits sympas sur Angers, donc je ne recommande pas.

Repère idéal pour aller boire un verre sur Angers. Difficile de s'y faufiler certains soirs, mais il y a de la place à l'intérieur. Et puis on est bien dans l'ambiance du pub irlandais par excellence !
