For 36 years now, La Luciole, with its splendid sculpted façade, has been shining its light in the foggy darkness of children's publishing! Every year, a plethora of children's books and novels come out! If you don't really know what you're looking for, you can rely on this passionate man to advise you and guide you through his cheerful jumble of thousands of books in all styles, which is much more organized than it might seem at first glance. Gibrat, Hergé, Cauvin, Manara, Uderzo... Here, the big names in comics (as well as the more obscure ones) can be found at more than reasonable prices, 6 or 7 euros for current editions, and the likelihood of leaving empty-handed is pretty slim!

The years don't seem to have taken their toll on this bookshop specializing in antiquarian books, whose small, bright red storefront is now an integral part of the Rue Toussaint décor. In addition to a wide selection of books ranging from travel encyclopedias to historical accounts and old Jules Verne books from the Hetzel collection, the shop also sells autograph letters, engravings, old advertising posters, maps and postcards...
