The reputation of this butcher and caterer is well established. The shop window immediately whets your appetite, and it is especially for the charcuterie that you will be in a hurry at this address. Anthony Jousseaume won the 2016 gold medal in the national competition for muscadet sausage. And that's not his only award-winning product. Over the last 10 years, they have almost all been praised in competitions: black pudding, rillettes, cooked ham, duck foie gras... A sure value!
