Madness built by Baron de Rozengat in 1820 on an old seigneurial land. The property is located in the village of La Bastière, which has the particularity of being a village in common. Born in the Middle Ages, the village has the characteristic of having one or more parcels whose property is common to all inhabitants of the village. This mode of operation was born out of the abolition of privileges in 1789. On that date, the collective right of use then in force was transformed into property rights for the inhabitants of these hamlets.
