Former Companion of the Tour de France, sommelier Olivier Hedebert remains a tireless explorer of the world's terroirs. An openness to the world and an affection for the gastronomic treasures he wanted to share by opening the Unexpected. In this atypical place, the master of the premises and his team bring back to life the noble food professions: butcher, roaster, butcher, butcher, baker, pastry chef, creamer, cheese maker, wine merchant, wine merchant... in several areas: a grocery store, a cellar, a tasting room, a cooking class workshop, a space with flower courses, a wine bar for afterworks and a restaurant: The Eat did not wait. We serve vegetable planchettes for aperitifs, oysters, cheese slates, terrines, delicatessen, but also a market cuisine that respects the seasons and fresh and quality products. Among the dishes, we will remember as a starter: the bocadillos of sardines and pesto or the tartlet of farm black pudding and its Belchard de Vertou apples. You may also have the chance to taste a goat cheese, spinach and hazelnut tartlet, a fish fillet with Al äjo sauce and dark rice, and a homemade cream of coconut milk, orange blossom and pistachio mangoes. A large table can be reserved for groups and for music lovers, a new "piano" table is added to the score. You will have understood it: the Off-Piste de l'Inattendu is a unique place, to be discovered without delay.

Comme à la maison de nos grands parents, le patron très sympa et connaisseur dans ces vins , la serveuse gentille je recommande ce restaurant j’y reviendrai
Un retour dans le passé avec une déco d’un autre temps … des souvenirs d’enfance ….
et pour couronner le temps très bon repas accompagné de très bons vins !
Et pour couronner le tout un très bon service avec un personnel à l’écoute.
En résumé pour acheter du bon vin ou déjeuner vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
