In Sautron, it is a few steps away from the dynamic Rue de Nantes and its dynamic shops that Jessica Dureau has set up her cheese dairy, creamery and delicatessen. The young cheese maker has created Coin Fromages, a pretty shop with black walls on which are written the names of our favourite cheeses. Among the demanding selection of cheeses: the wheels of Snowdonia Welsh Cheddar with different flavours : Picckle Power, Black Bomber, smoked Beechwood and Godminster (Black Truffle), Brie de Meaux, Brie de Melun, Mont-d'Or with its warm box for cooking, Comté 14 months, Emmental de Haute-Savoie, Le Fumaison (cheese made from Auvergne ewe's milk), Livarot Fermier, fruity summer Beaufort... These cheeses from the mountain pastures give us all the flavours of nature. In the grocery store, you will find high quality products such as Meaux mustard, products made by Flore d'érable (a farm dairy with raw milk): yoghurts, fresh cream, cottage cheese, milk, butter... But also the products of the Hédène brand: honey and fruit jams or the jars of L'Epicurien which reveal the tastes of our cheeses such as mango confit with Penja pepper...
