"100% artisan, made in Sautron", this is the motto of the bakery-pastry-chocolate shop Nowak that some gourmands knew on Carquefou formerly. Mr. Nowak and his wife moved to Sautron in 2017. You will be able to start in the morning with a beautiful range of 100% pure butter pastries, continue at lunchtime with sandwiches (in many choices of bread), mixed salads, quiches or pizzas, and of course a number of sweet treats that will complete your meal among which, the delicious Nantais cake, the eclairs with their many flavours, and at snack time, you will find many pastries, each more beautiful and tempting than the last, like these macaroons with twelve different flavours... The Nowak bakery also offers filled focaccias, prefouces and surprise breads for buffets, aperitifs and cocktails... It's beautiful and it's good!

Toujours le choix... Des baguettes originales, (la Parisienne, ma préféré) des délicieux desserts, en plus d'être très agréable à notre vue.
J'ai pris quelques sandwichs le midi. Le runch est présent et le service reste rapide et agréable.
