We'll be the judge of that, Label Rouge pork and poultry, organic milk-fed veal... but we'll also be showcasing quality local produce, such as Pascal Beillevaire's cheeses and La Fraiseraie jams. Joël Joly is a true master craftsman passionate about his craft. The reception is friendly. Also offers a catering service to bluff your guests by serving them, for example and among many choices, veal medallion with oyster mushrooms, marinated quail fillets or organic veal liver.
