This 550-seat concert hall, set up in the 14 cavity of the submarine base (located on the harbour), has specifically focused its programming on current music: rap, reggae, electro, rock, world music too… The VIP, managed by the Les Stopovers association, develops artists'residences. This scene is open to groups in the region, but also to renowned artists who are happy to stop in this place during their tours. Local musicians will find here three rehearsal studios and a resource centre.

J'ai été dans cette salle pour voir un concert et cette salle est très bien , elle est peut être un peu petite mais cela donne l'impression d'être dans un endroit chaleureux, je vous conseille cette salle .
