Located in the heart of the Pays de Retz, Hugues Benard's brewery is the result of a passion for craft beers, rediscovered by this native of Brest alongside a Breton friend who became a brewer in Madrid. This brewer's personal tastes lead him to Anglo-Saxon and North American beers, such as Pale Ale or IPA's, but he also offers many other varieties of foam to satisfy all malt and hop lovers, including the classic amber, white and blond beers. In addition to a singular taste that lovers of mousse will appreciate, the particularity of the beverages created by Hugues is that they all bear a name that is a nod to the Pays de Retz. The 6 recipes that you can try all year round: Retz'Charles, Odile de Retz, Retz du Fût, Retz Bellion or Retz'Volt and Ambretz, to which are added ephemeral recipes proposed every two months.
