Starred gastronomic restaurant offering an inventive cuisine from local, fresh and seasonal products.
Chef Éric Guérin made his nest on the island of Fédrun, in the heart of the Brière Regional Nature Park. After having worked with the greatest, he created in 1995 La Mare aux Oiseaux. A Brière cottage where the birds sing and the taste buds dance. Éric Guérin imagines his recipes as he would tell a travel souvenir. So, we escape. First with the eyes, then with the flavors from here and elsewhere. An inventive cuisine with local, fresh and seasonal products. The luckiest ones will stay overnight in this little paradise out of time.

Jardinet et accès au marais Briéron par l'arrière du restaurant, cuisine originale avec des produits locaux, service sympathique et attentionné,.

Accueil chaleureux, ambiance super sympathique,cadre buccolique ,pour un repas inoubliable. Cuisine inventive et savoureuse,A recommander absolument
Bon, le temps était complètement pourri, pas trop eu l'occasion de profiter de l'extérieur.
Mais déjà dans qu'est ce qu'on était bien d'abord grâce à un accueil chaleureux alors que nous étions de parfaits inconnus.
Et surtout grâce à ce déjeuner mémorable qui a été un véritable festival de saveurs surprenantes, de présentations esthétiques, presque graphiques.
Un sans faute.

Completely of agreement with Orfeo that I shared this at this wonderful meal. All was brilliant. One is alle of surprisingly in surprise. One made however large tables of them but here has something of private individual who makes it unique. The chef did not show itself one did not have the opportunity congratulate it. It is much made now.
