A real craftsman with 100% local and home-made products has settled on the route de Vannes. Where it is not so easy to find real bakers, where the bakery is really on site. Go there with your eyes (almost) closed. But open them wide to admire the good breads, pastries, sandwiches and other sweets made by Florian (aka Flo) and his team. Here you can find good bread kneaded on the spot, wholemeal, spelt, seeded, traditional or seeded balls and baguettes. You will love the homemade tarts, raspberry passion, amandine, lemon meringue or flan. You can also enjoy the chocolate eclairs, hazelnut, caramel and salted butter or, depending on the season, lemon or other natural flavors! The pastries are sublime and Florian has a crush on the beautiful madeleines that make us fall back into childhood. Of course, you will find the sandwiches of the day, various quiches and other pizzas. A beautiful address.
