On the Market Square, a new shop has opened, the Biscuiterie de Pornichet. Through the sweet and sour stalls, but always from the corner, crakous, aperitif snacks, caramels, Breton palets, buckwheat chips, but also Breton beers or other arranged rums... For a gift, a snack or an aperitif, there is only the embarrassment of choice at Vanessa and her team. But what we appreciate above all are the pastries prepared directly by the baker, how to resist a cake from Nantes, a Breton lighthouse or a kouign-amann, when we have our eyes on the stoves and the smell of fresh butter in our nostrils?
