Gastronomic restaurant offering a market cuisine with fresh local and fishing products, a piece of organic meat
La Saint-Valentin is one of those tried-and-tested restaurants whose quality has never failed. The refined cuisine is creative and original, and the plates are generous. It favors short circuits and seasonal produce. Priority is given to organic vegetables, fish and shellfish from the fish market. With a menu that changes at the beginning of each month, we were able to sample a fine fricassee of octopus, a fillet of sea bass with truffles or, more traditionally, a hake with beurre blanc from Nantes.
