Here, dining is more than just tasting: each dish takes you on a generous Mediterranean culinary journey, with no boundaries, made from fresh, high-quality ingredients. All week long, enjoy a varied menu featuring meat, poultry, fish and seafood. Sharing platters - hummus, crispy prawns, mature cheeses and Iberian charcuterie - are the perfect accompaniment to convivial moments. For starters, let yourself be surprised by the salmon tataki marinated in soy and wasabi, or the oysters from Île aux Moines. On the seaside, back of cod with anchovy sauce and fillet of sea bass with seasonal mushroom cream will delight fish lovers. On the land side, black pudding with mashed potatoes or beef tenderloin heart with Béarnaise sauce promise to be great discoveries.
