Putting your hand to the dough, tell you? La Petite Maison farmhouse in the prairie offers bread workshops. An activity aimed at children and living in families. Once on the spot, just grab a deck and be guided by Thierry, the master of the places. It distributes flour, salt, yeast and water… Passionate about his profession, he explains in a very pédagogue way and also with great humour the process of making bread (wheat, fermentation, cooking…). He engages and even sing small and big; his speech of anecdotes. The 2 h 30 workshops get to the point of knowing. A pause to taste with chaudes (fouaces) all hot filled with jam or caramel caramel "house" makes the delight of the greedy.
