Meat dishes to enjoy with a bistro formula at a good value for money in Pornic.

Bistronomi'k plays the local card, choosing quality products from within a few miles. At the far end of the room, you can see the cooks busy serving Iberian pork pluma with Tonka bean and chervil sauce, or fillet of sea bass with creamy Thai jus. Meat lovers (mainly from meat breeds) will delight in the purebred rib of beef, before finishing with a chocolate dome with caramel heart. For lunch and dinner on weekdays, choose the 2 or 3-course bistro formula. A fine address offering good value for money.

Patron sympathique et arrangeant, bonne cuisine mais le service n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur, nous avons attendu 1 heure pour 2 plats du jour et 2 salades... c'est vraiment dommage ????

Les serveurs étaient très serviables. Le restaurant est agréable. La nourriture était, malheureusement, décevante. La semoule était sèche, les plats étaient fades. C'est dommage.
