Restaurant with terrace offers a menu that is renewed to the rhythm of the seasons in Pornic.
Attractive interior and large terrace with a view of the port and the castle, for this tea room-restaurant with the "Maître Restaurateur" label. The menu changes with the seasons, with for example: lieu jaune à la plancha foamy foie gras, scallops snacked with langoustines bisque or Challans black chicken supreme. For vegetarians, a risotto of baby spelt, organic egg parfait and seasonal vegetables. For dessert, it's Julien (who was one of Cyril Lignac's chefs) who gets down to business with his flagship dessert: the salted butterscotch bigoudène (a nun). Let's add that seafood lovers will find them all year round on the menu.
