We love this charming bistronomic restaurant at the foot of the Château d'Oudon, on the banks of the river Hâvre. Starting with its setting, with its luminous glass roof overlooking the Loire, and its two terraces, one overlooking the château and the other, in the countryside, at the rear of the restaurant. Both traditional, with simmered dishes or highlighting local specialties such as fish in beurre blanc sauce, it goes well with the wines in the cellar. Last but not least, the welcome: warm, like the time you spend here. This fine dining establishment certainly lives up to its name!
