In its 30 years of existence, the Lycée Nicolas Appert welcomes more than 1,400 students in three main streams: the General section, which prepares students for the Economic and Social (ES), Literary (L) and Scientific (S) Baccalaureates, including Engineering Sciences; the Industrial section, which prepares students for the Technological Baccalaureate in Industrial Sciences and Technologies and Sustainable Development (STI2D) with 3 specialities: I.T.E.C. (Technological Innovation and Eco-design), S.I.N. (Information and Digital Systems) and E.E. (Energy and Environment). The specialities that lead to this baccalaureate are : S-S.I. (Engineering Sciences), N.S.I. (Numerical and Computer Sciences) and S.I.-C.I.T. (Computer Science). (Engineering Sciences-Creation and Technological Innovation); and the Hotel section, which prepares for the Professional Baccalaureate in Cuisine, the Professional Baccalaureate in Marketing and Restaurant Service (C.S.R.), the Technological Baccalaureate S.T.H.R. and two complementary mentions, Sommellerie and Pastry Chef in Restaurant Desserts. Four Brevets de Technicien Supérieur (BTS) complete the package: BTS Manager in Hotel and Restaurant Management (option A, B and C), BTS Electrotechnics, BTS Digital Systems, BTS Computer and Networks option (S.N.-I.R.) and BTS Design and Production of Automated Systems (C.R.S.A.).
