As a caterer, Sylvie can cook it in front of you (with prior reservation) for any event, be it for individuals or companies. The recipe is Spanish, but the products are local to guarantee freshness and inimitable Andalusian taste. Tapas and other Iberian specialties can be concocted by Sylvie. The laboratory is in Vertou and Sylvie travels throughout the region. Hasta pronto for a superb paella party! You can also order her fine Spanish olive oils from a family-run biodiversity farm.
