With Simone & Co, Clémence has created an ingenious, ecological and gourmet concept. This responsible caterer was built on the idea of doing something for the planet. By buying unsold produce from local artisans and producers, the company fights against food waste, a veritable environmental scourge. Products downgraded because they are unsightly, poorly sized or surplus: what a pity when you know that they are just as qualitative and tasty as the others. Together with her chef, they create antigaspi breakfasts, lunches, aperitifs and cocktails! They were destined to end up in the garbage can... but now they've been given a new lease of life thanks to Simone & Co!
